About me

I'm an experienced Producer/Sound Engineer, Musician and Composer - Graduated studying Music and Sound Recording at the University of York (First Class Honours), with expertise spanning a wide range of audio disciplines from editing to recording, mixing, mastering and composing. I have gained extensive experience in analogue and digital recording, production and mixing techniques through access to seven industry-standard studio and recording spaces at the University of York - the Trevor Jones Studio, Richard Orton Studio, Ben Clark Studio, Ralph Vaughan Williams Studio, Lyons Studio, Ron Cooke Hub and Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall - spanning fully analogue signal chains, hybrid analogue/digital workflows, DAW-centred production, hardware synthesis and electronic sound design with dedicated mix suites built around classic preamps and console automation. This has enabled me to hone advanced skills in the capture and treatment of sound across a variety of settings including studio live rooms, concert halls, auditoriums and churches.

I am passionate about working collaboratively with fellow musicians, composers and engineers in a professional environment. I am also an ABRSM Grade 8 pianist, a guitarist and Arabic drummer with a focus on the Tabla.
